Compete

A ladder you earn, and never spend

Your ranking is the sum of what you actually scored in online matches. Nothing buys it, nothing takes it away, and entering a tournament can never move it up or down.

The ranking

Every player has a number you can find them by

  • Points come from online matches only. Practice against the computer never touches them.
  • They start at zero and never go below it.
  • Search anyone by name or by their player number, look at their record, and challenge them directly.
  • One live match at a time — so a challenge always reaches somebody who is actually free to play it.
  • Every online match you finish is saved, queue and challenge alike, and it is there to look back at.

Tournaments

A bracket that never hands anyone a free pass

Enter with coins, play knockout rounds, and climb to the final. Two things make it different from most brackets you have played.

No byes

An odd round brings somebody back

When a round ends on an odd number of winners, the eliminated player with the highest tournament score is revived to make the field even again. Nobody advances without playing, and nobody who was knocked out on a walkover is ever eligible.

Announced round times

You know when to come back

A round cannot end until its slowest match does, so the next one starts at a time that is announced in advance rather than the instant the last board clears. Every pairing in a round begins together, and a notification tells you.

Eight entrants · three rounds

A whole round advances at once — never one match at a time.

Field size Places paid Why
Under 81A small field cannot pay most of the people in it.
8 – 312Winner and runner-up.
32 – 1274Everybody who reached the semi-finals.
128+8Everybody who reached the quarter-finals.
How a prize actually reaches you

The entry fee is taken when you join. Prizes are sent by hand: your place and the coins it won stay on your entry card after the tournament ends, and the admin sends them from the tournament's own standings table.

Coins are virtual

They buy tournament entry and gifts to other players, and nothing else. They do not convert to money, and there is no cash prize — not now and not later.
